Sometimes wears mask that covers his nose and mouth.

Personality: Overall: Rashonal, yet friendly, obedient, yet daring, irregular, calm, and polite. Respects those higher than him and respects those more who are higher than him and think highly of him.

Character's History:
Before the Academy
When Toshi was born, he was a big baby. He was tall and had no hair. His years as a toddler involved much playing with other children in Konoha. He had a big cousin named Hideki who was 13 years older than Toshi. Toshi absolutely loved his big cousin. His big cousin was an idol. A star, he was amazing. Toshi would always laugh his baby laugh when Hideki was around. Hideki was a star student in the Academy, he mastered his bloodline at age 5, he always visited Toshi and his family, he was funny and smart, and he was handsome. Toshi wanted to be just like Hideki. Toshi learned to walk at age 2. He was showing signs of geniusity at a young age.
Tough Times in the Academy
Though Toshi was smart, he didn't have too good of a time in the Academy. It was tough for him, because he only made friends with one kid. This kid was the village prankster. His name was Kazuo. Kazuo liked to use paint, paper, and everything else you could imagine to pull pranks. He was trouble. The worse thing was Toshi loved to help his friend. Although Toshi was very tall and Kazuo was very small, they got along perfectly. They were practically brothers. They helped each other on the Academy work after school everyday. They had master the basics and were ready to move on at age 7.
Genin is a Title for Losers
A 7-year-old Genin? Everybody thought the Academy teachers had to be crazy! Plus, there were two 7-year-old Genins! Though they were doubted, the two did better than all, except one person. This person was a girl, named Emiko. Now, Emiko was no "real" girl. She was tough as nails, and her bite was worse than her bark. Emiko was a genius. She also happened to be in Toshi and Kazuo's team. Their sensei warned them not to mess with her, but they wouldn't listen. They bugged forever. She had to pummel the two into the ground a lot. She coudn't stand them. Toshi had found that the two shouldn't bug her so much. Toshi, Kazuo, and Emiko started to get along fine and do their missions like it was nothing. Soon enough, the Chuunin Exams came as Toshi turned 11-years-old. Now, Toshi was ready for these Exams. He pummeled the other contestants like it was nothing.
Chuunin Years are Fun
The Chuunin Years happened to fly by for Toshi. The Jounin Exams came not to long after the Exams, and if Kazuo and him passed, they would be two 11-year-old Jounin. That was a first for the village of Konoha. It would break a tremendous record. They could do it, he was sure of it. As the Exams came, Toshi became more intelligent. This would give him more advanced strategies. Toshi barely made it through the Exams, though.
Some Little Students
This was odd, an 11-year-old Jounin. Toshi would be teaching kids older than him. What amateurs, he thought. Toshi was a pro at this Shinobi thing. He would smack them senseless if they wouldn't listen. Toshi happened to get Kazuki and a few of his friends. They were actually quite obedient. He led them to do very hard missions, and had them pass the Exams on their first try.
Hokage, Stricken
WAAM! Kumo attacks Konoha! Konoha had to do something quick. They called upon their greatest ninja. The Shinobi held back the forces, but Kumo had back-up. It was a Jinchuuriki! Toshi was the only one who could stop him. He had mastered the Arashi Bloodline and had full contrl over Wind and Lightning. This would be a tough opponent, but Toshi could take him. It was a fierce battle, many people had died trying to help their side. Even the Hokage was striken down before Toshi's eyes. Toshi found an opening and sliced the Jinchuuriki. Kumo fled, and Toshi was newly elected Hokage.

Objectives: To be 100% Shinobi.
