The Clan
Clan's Name: Kitabatake
Biography: The Kitabatake clan has a range of hair colors. This could be anywhere from violet to red. They are often pale with fairly delicate skin, but this wouldn’t stop a Kitabatake from running head on at an enemy. When not in the midst of battle they are very calm people and often search for more peaceful ends to conflict. It is not uncommon to find a mute among the clan.
The clan was founded by Kitabatake Akira. He was a traveling bard who had grown up in the village of Suna. He had grown bored with the life of a ninja. The fighting was too much for him. So he traveled around and sang to the people. His voice had the power to bend reality (Genjutsu). Everyone loved him and he lived a fairly happy life. But as the world was pulled into war he found that there was very little he could do to hide from his ninja past. He soon fell in love with a woman in the village of Kiri, but the war split them apart. He decided to join the village and fight alongside his beloved. As the war grew close to ending the two were married. The Kitabatake clan was founded.
As time passed the clan grew and made a name fore itself. But wars came up an as more and more of the members went to fight, their numbers started to dwindle. The clan tried to stop the dieing out. Many wanted to fallow in Akira-samma’s footsteps and travel as bards and such. But there were still a few who wanted to remain as ninjas and fight for their village. So the clan was split in two. The section that still remains in Kiri never here anything of their long lost relatives who still travil the world as Akira once did.

Kekkei Genkai
Name: Koe Onkyou (Voice of Sound)
Type: Element Control - Sound
Stages: N/A
Effects: Basically it gives the holder the ability to manipulate sound waves with their voice. This can be used in both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, but it is not as simple or safe as it may seem. The power of the sound waves can be severely harmful to a person’s throat and vocal cords. Some people are even turned mute. Overuse results in the loss of most, if not all, of the persons chakura.

Please note that it takes 3 CP(unless mastery lvl which it is 2) to use so chakra also counts.

Rank: C (depending on the power put behind it)
Description: The user makes a few hand signs and then screams. It sends out a storm of sound waves. When it hits it’s like thousands or needles that cut at a cellular level.
Name: Sound Gale Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Description: The user screams and sends out sound waves that form a tornado that spines around the battle field. The user has little control over the tornado after it is released and there is a high chance that it could hit someone who it wasn’t meant for.
Name: Demon Pit
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: C
Description: The user activates this jutsu with a high-pitched humming. Once a person is trapped within it, the ground below them starts to crumble. It eventually falls completely away and the person falls down a seemingly never-ending pit.
Name: Mind Trap
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: A
Description: The user sends out sound waves that once a person hears it they can not get it out of their head. These waves then form a genjutsu landscape of the user’s choosing. Most members of the clan add on jutsu they create.
